Anxious.
Haven't felt this way in a very long time. I'm not sure whether it's due to the election today, or sending in my application yesterday, a combination of both or something else entirely, but I don't like this feeling.
I may just have to take a xanax.

Hopeful.
A good friend of mine moved to the building I live in and I might finally beat him at chess.

Ah, so you got the rip in the redhead patched up? Good for you!

Yeah. She did some decent shit back in the day. I think The Power of Goodbye ('98) was one of her best songs, though.
Pretty profound...for Madonna, anyway.

Awesome.
Just confirmed I have 4-6 weeks off over Christmas. Gonna head home, and do lots of driving.

Rough day. Feeling queasy from running back and forth between hospital and clinic and pharmacy all day. (changed pharmacies, and today was first visit, took a freaking hour)
Relative in the hospital, not doing a bit good, as they say around here.
I'm having blood drawn in the morning (and way too early in the day for my comfort) and am waiting for scheduling on a medical procedure next week sometime. But not Monday, both cats going to the vet that day. And I have to fast tonight, normally not a big deal, but with all the running around today, I missed lunch and supper, and for the blood draw, really only needed an early supper to get 12 hours in, but things came up.
Almost ran over what looked like a breeding pair of deer tonight, a handsome buck and his winsome doe. They were courting on the road and were oblivious to my approach, but at last seconded bounded out of the way. Still rattled from that, it was really close.
Got Rx for antibiotics (fucking horse pills too, they're HUGE), have a chronic sinus infection that needs cleared up and it had better work this time . . . .
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
