Oh.. Brazillians...
This one isn't happy exactly... but the last things she says always put a smile on my face. It translates roughly to "I count the hours to see you, but the clock is angry at me" How about a hop over the pond and hear something in Portuguese from Portugal?... oh the crazy 90's! 
I won't link the youtube video, as it seems to slow down the loading speed of the thread, but "In the Mood" by Glenn Miller.
 
The video for Mambo Number 5 really has some nice production values and a super buoyant sound. But I'll hide-protect it for the sake of feed speed.
Then there is Puffy Ami Yumi's Boogie Woogie Number 5, for which a much better version and video exists but I can't find it on youtube. They did another collaboration with the Tokyo Paradise Ska band which is also great but I can't find that anywhere now. I love me some Jolie Holland and this one called "Enjoy yourself" fits the theme here, although it does nothing to show off her amazing voice.
