Made a pot of hot and sour soup. Used Frank's hot sauce instead of the usual Sriracha, and added a pound of shrimp that I happened to have in the freezer (along with some pork cut into strips, a package of chicken broth, some rice wine vinegar, lots of ginger and garlic and green onions, some sliced-up mushrooms, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and a couple of eggs). Nom!

What are you cooking/eating right now?

It's currently midnight, so I'm drinking a bottle of spring water.

First course:
- Zucchini - chervil melange soup with toast. Second course - Asparagus à la Flamande

Taiwanese ramen with shrimp and sliced carrots. Not sure what sort of condiments yet. Maybe a peanut butter and soy sauce.

Had what I call a "cooking rant" today -- I prepare multiple dishes in as short a time as possible, either because I'm craving something or because there are ingredients that need to be used, or both. Today after work I made:
- Beef barley soup (leftover cooked barley, beef stock, a carrot, an onion, a clove of garlic, and assorted spices). - Peanut butter fudge. - Orange cake. - Ground pork, crumbled, in sort of a pork souvlaki flavour -- added some homemade gyros spice to it. I suspect I'm on the verge of inventing Greek tacos.
Ate Texas Hack Steak for dinner. Spicy.
Glass of fridge water.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
I want junkfood so bad...
I've lost 4kg. Need to lose 2 more though.

I just had some skyr for the first time in my life, and it was disappointing.
Crockpotting some broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and shrimp with plain yogurt, garam masala, cumin, black pepper, and ginger. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy plain almond milk (I don't drink milk). So I'm not sure if the yogurt will be enough for a smooth sauce.
