Did you seriously just ask that?

Wasn't much singing, so the confusion is understandable.

Also, Lefou is gay. In love with Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. Lefou is not main though, he’s ancillary comic relief.

Not speculation on my part btw, it’s confirmed by the broadway production, which Disney considers cannon.

A cannon would be good for most of Disney's.

Canon*

Autocorrect to the rescue.

It's not all that groundbreaking for a kid's show to have a character come out as gay or bi at this point. Maybe if it was a few months earlier, but The Loud House on Nickelodeon recently had Luna, the hard-rocking big sister, reveal she had a crush on another rocker named Sam. For most of the episode, we assume that Sam's a guy (despite Luna never using a pronoun when talking about Sam, and the few scenes of Sam's band show her seemingly looking a bit more longingly at the girl in the middle than anyone else) and then we see this scene at the end:

That aired on June 15 of this year. And apparently, creator Chris Savino said Sam will return in the next season. That said, with Savino getting fired a couple days ago, that may change, but given the positive reception this little twist had, I doubt it.

I despise Disney for their propensity toward quantity over quality and their apparent inability to produce, in house, anything of quality. Disney media that's worth a damn is almost always produced by someone else and branded with a Disney logo.

I mean, you are entitled to your wrong opinion, but are you saying you think:

Hercules
Tarzan
The Emperors New Groove
Lilo and Stitch
Tangled
Wreck-it-Ralph
Paperman
Frozen (Ok, I give you this one, 'cause it was overhyped, but it's not lacking quality...)
Big Hero 6
Moana
Zootopia

...are all or mostly all shit films?
Beause that's not like 1 or 2 in the last 15 or so years. That's a lot of good movies and short films right there.  All made in house.
Also, I get tired of people doing this:

I hate that Disney owns "Insert IP here", they are going to mess with it and screw it up.
AND
All the the good things Disney makes cannot be attributed to Disney, it's someone else.

It's one or the other, folks.  Either they meddle and it is at least partly due to them that those things are good, or they don't meddle, so they can't be blamed when they buy and IP and farm it out to one of their subsidiaries and it sucks.  Pick.A.Fucking.Side.

/rant

Edited to add Hercules and Zootopia.  And hell, that isn't even a complete list!  My daughter said, don't forget Zootopia!  lol.

Ni, I'm saying your cherry picked list excludes the vast majority of what has been Disney branded in that time span. I notice you completely missed all the direct to DVD and made for Disney channel movies, not to mention the tired, retreaded sitcom ideas.

You can keep cherry picking the exceptions, but when I look at the whole body of their work, it's dissapointing at best.

Yes, I cherry picked good movies (which BTW is almost every movie they made in the last decade, there aren't any I left out in the last decade, so NOT cherry picked there).

But you said all or almost all were bad.  So I CAN cherry pick the good ones to point out that blanket statement is flat out wrong.
I think you are stuck on 90's Disney.  They don't do much of that direct to DVD sucky crap anymore.  And not even all of those were bad.

Just quoting this again to point out what I'm arguing against.
Bold mine, but words yours.  I stand by my point that quite a lot of their entertainment, and almost all of their big in-house productions, are very high quality entertainment. Do they also make some garbage?  Undeniably so.  But to label it almost all garbage is just....myopic.
