What you say makes sense if this was an fact and logic based ideal society, but in this society comparing boobs to dicks does make sense, cause we live in a society where they both are considered almost equally sexual.

I don't disagree that they are almost equally sexual. However plenty of things are sexual. My wife enjoys looking at me when I'm wearing jeans and no t-shirt, she finds that sexy. Plenty of people find certain expressions sexy. A lot of men enjoy looking at women's asses and find them sexual, are thong bikinis OK on the beach? Both ass cheeks are on display, most people are fine with that. A lot of people are seemingly OK with bras that barely cover anything but the nipple, with the entire rest of the breast on display. It seems that society is mostly fine with 90% of the boob showing, but as soon as it's 100% of the boob (or to be honest, when it's the nipple being shown) there's a problem. Except if you are breastfeeding, which is fine...because...reasons?

Minor quibble. I assure you that a significant portion of our society does -not- think that male nipples are fine. No shirt, no shoes, no service. Ever had a stereotypical american male describe what he doesn't like about a pride parade?

The fact that there is a high chance of random people grabbing your feet is not in any way your fault, and you shouldn't have to cover up your feet when it's the creeps who are doing the grabbing who are at fault and breaking the law.

The girl in the video was not inviting anyone to grab her breasts just by having them out. Only creeps and abusers seem to think grabbing them is OK.

See this is where the main difference is between our thoughts, for me it is not about making a statement on what is actually right or wrong, rather it's about survival. Sure it wouldn't be my fault if my feet get grabbed, or I get raped, but once it's happened will it really matter to me whether I was right or not? The damage, the suffering for me wouldn't go away just cause it wasn't my fault..

That's the gist of justifications for violence based upon compromised moral agency.  We observe that our ability to make sound decisions (including moral decisions) is severely impeded when we find ourselves victimized.  

While we have no qualms with assigning legal repercussions to whatever infraction may be committed while that agency is reduced, we do generally tend to view it as a factor which modifies the moral desert of the subject in question (and the sentencing component of any conviction).  Does a person who lashes out at being groped deserve moral condemnation, most say no.

Now perhaps others could have missed it, but the statements I made, said specifically, that I believe that what was done was wrong.    At what point do you start to question the intellectual integrity of someone who continues to distort the picture, when they have been corrected.  Because I think we are getting there.  It's kind of sad, because apparently you don't even understand why I was asking the questions.

The act in question is physically harming.

I live on Maui where we have nude beaches and these thing don't happen. We also have a Mardi Gras type atmosphere on Halloween night in Lahaina and these things don't happen. Yet, a girl sitting on a man's shoulders flashed her tits to a large crowd in Huntington Beach and other girls followed suit followed by men asking diners at a restaurant on the beach to do the same. They did. What happened next was complete chaos.

There are times and places where this girl would have been fine. I think that that was the wrong time and place. Not making excuses for that mans action but, she was stupid, and as the only one apparently not fully dressed, was doing so at the wrong place at the wrong time showing her freedom of expression which in this case, I believe was anarchy of expression and should have been told, by the powers that be, to put a fucking shirt on or leave!
