Growing a healthy crop of hair helps too. There should be an unbroken trail from the top of your head extending out and over the knuckles, all the way down to the tops of the toes. Any interruption in the orderly flow of scrub from top to tip (including foreskin) is a man foul.

Gotta keep the insertion apparatus in tip top shape covered with dry lubricant. Gives you that last inch that helps make the difference between a male or female child.
