I have to say I really like Lindt.
I was a Cadbury fan for a long time, but they've recently closed their NZ factory and moved it to Oz.
So I've grown to appreciate a local brand Whittakers.
And they do a rum and raisin block, which is my favourite.

Ever since I was a kid, a big box of Russell Stovers has been a fun treat too.
BTW, turns out Lindt owns all kinds of chocolate makers the world over.

Dark chocolate FTW. As long as it's mixed with other things, it is by far the superior chocolate.

Among the best are those seashells, guylians. Also lindt, the lindor chocolates.
My cousin bought me some that I don't know the name of, they look like bon bons, but they're not them at all. They're like chocolate truffle balls that have a taste of coffee mixed with the chocolate, I didn't want to get anymore of those because they seemed more addictive than crystal meth.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

I don't care much for the soft-centered Lindt chocolate balls, but their milk chocolate bars are omnomnom. I particularly like the "Crunchy" flavour.
'Tis the season where I'm on the lookout for sales on two-pound bags of Cadbury Mini-Eggs. In the off season, a plain Cadbury Dairy Milk bar will do fine.
Probably my most severe chocolate addiction, though, is store-brand Turtles clones. Not actual Turtles, not anymore; they did something to the caramel and it's too soft to have a decent chew now, so I prefer the knockoffs.

I like lots of different candy that isn't chocolate (which may be a good thread on its own, but bear with me). Recently, on a candy blog, I saw that Starburst and Skittles were about to have "Sweet Heat" versions (which I am on the hunt for, since I liked it when Lifesavers did the same thing in the 80's). Now I'm kind of wondering if anyone has tried to make chocolate covered Skittles and Starburst.
