Doesn't PETA have something better to do?

RE: Doesn't PETA have something better to do?
Fair enough. I know some of their leadership object to the very concept of pet ownership so I assumed they would object to forcibly neutering animals. Glad that’s not the case, they’re still assholes.

I agree about Patrick Moore, I think one of the reasons he left (IIRC) was because Greenpeace objected to Golden Rice, which has saved countless lives but was GMO. In their view, GMO = Monsanto Evil Corporation, which is ridiculous.

Part of it, yeah....but also because he changed his view on nuclear energy and the relationship between conservation and industry. Those were the two big ones..though most people don't know it, greenpeace was originally a reaction to nuclear testing.  In their opinion he became a pr shill and in his opinion they became a political organization rather than a conservation group.

They're both right about each other, coincidentally, lol..which is a shame, because the world could use some actual "eco-terrorists" as well as a better quality of environmental consultants.

I’m not sure he’s a PR shill. He’s right about nuclear energy. The energy production itself is one of the safest and cleanest around; the problem is what to do with spent fuel rods.

No, he definitely is, and a climate change denier to boot, who sells his reputation to polluters and politicians and famously claimed that a person could drink a quart of glyphosate safely (and then declined to do so). For reference...don;t drink weedkiller..it; not safe to do so, even though it is safe to eat crops properly treated with glyphosate.

That doesn't make him wrong about everything, obviously, lol. Just like greenpeace sometimes manages to do something worthy in spite of themselves.

Get a bigger bed.

The only size bed commonly available that is larger than mine is King size. And from experience, claims of size are always exaggerated...

I'm not huge into dog shows. I think it's boring and weird. I also hate the "purebred" ideal. It just leads to dogs with health problems. That said, PETA is super dumb. I like the Humane Society.
