Jesus Christ, if this universe is "perfect" for us to inhabit, I wouldn't want to drive over a bridge this guy built that was "perfect" for cars. My car would disintegrate if it came into contact with almost any part of the bridge.
Even if there's some guy in another (part of) reality that designed us, so what? Why the fuck would anyone assume it's sitting there grading people on which ancient story book they prefer, and moving them on to some other reality if they get it "right"?
What a ludicrously convoluted scenario. If there's a designer, we know nothing about them, other than the fruits of the labour, which are shit. Literally shit in fact, they decided it would be a good idea that we need to shit. What an amazing design.
Creationists can't decide if there were a load of problems that needed overcoming when God first showed up, or whether God created the groundwork which then led to those problems in the first place. As usual, they need it both ways.
