ETA- I love cheese! Swiss, cheddar (my favorite, btw is Kraft's sharp cheddar).  Cheese All the chocolate in the world could disappear, and I wouldn't care, as long as that was still available. Sacrilege, I know! I also put grated bleu cheese on lots of my food. That's another one that just rocks!

There is nothing to celebrate about cheese. Cows get abused on many levels in the production of cheese. Cows have to give too many births, calfs stealing and killing. And eventual killing of the cow it self after she can't give more milk.
