Rationality would indeed triumph over prejudice Frodo, if only you (or those like you) would exhibit some.
Where to even begin on the issue of evidence against the christian god. How about, just for starters, there is no evidence that the bible is the word of god, that god exists, or that the bible is factually accurate. Case in point, all of the evidence we have suggests a position to the contrary. Genesis is not an accurate account of material creation, the origins of life, or the early history of our species. The books of the old testament are not historical texts. There is no collaborating evidence for any of it, whatsoever, cover to cover. (including your imagined christ) There is no evidence for the existence of a thing called prophecy, nor magic or the "supernatural". The miracles therein are demonstrably impossible (related to the point above). So, if there were a god, it is not the god described in the Bible. It is a fairy tale. So is the christian god. Unless......you have some evidence we've overlooked.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Like scientists? Ah yes.
Must've been an anti-science rally today, Frodo's all fired up.

Yeah I hate those anti science fundies!
Until they argue for your godman, then it's all smiles and nodding heads, eh eh?

Whilst I might agree with their religious ideas, I don't their ideas on science. I know... radical thinking.

Therefore, with your lack of proof, puts us Atheists on the winning side. What exactly have you won? Your position is a negative one that claims nothing positive, is it not? How is a win possible from that position? Negative, yes, but can you prove that there is one? Negative. Can we prove that your theory of god and young universe are not compatible with scientific facts? Positively! Can you prove that your beliefs have any basis or function in actual reality? Positively not. We can back up claims of evolution and a universe expansion that began 13.6 billion years ago with facts. We may not have ALL the answers, but we have a lot more than you. 42
