And physicists/chemists will consider the glass always full. Some of it water, some of it air.
As a person trained in physics, (B Sc), I should have thought of that, too! But if someone comes to you and asks if you have an empty bucket and you tell them no, they're gonna get pissed, if all it has in it is air.

No it's
I don't understand something
Something isn't known
I declare something impossible by means X
Something can't be known because i says so
Therefore magic tales they explain everything by explaining nothing are true

The glass is half full when it is half empty. It's a false assumption to think that there is only one way for the glass to be perceived by others. What should be of greater concern is the relevance of the glass. If it's half full (or half empty) to someone, then what does that mean?

*DUH*
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
