Last time I can think of when the Fuhrer of a major power bragged publicly about having the power to wipe this or that off the map if he wanted to, it occurred in the Reichstag in 1939.

One more reason why the world might actually be safer if all the rogue states had nuclear weapons than if trump's American is the only party out of a confrontation that has nuclear weapons.
