I also worked at Kitty's Playgirl Club in Anchorage Alaska when they opened in 1982, as the DJ...
This was a nightclub for women - that had male strippers.
If you are a guy in a strip club with women strippers - the rules are "look but don' t touch" - failure to follow this rule will.get you booted and barred.
I saw guys in Kitty's get claw marks on their asses - and nobody got barred.
The only woman I saw get thrown out grabbed a guy's dick and gouged him with her fingernails.....He bled bad enoigh they took him to the E.R.
And yes - he got workman' s comp.....
.....
So yeah - double standards....

Keep your hands to yourself. Not really sure why this is such a difficult concept for some to grasp.

How one person reacts to being touched without consent has nothing to do with the overall fact that no one should be touching other people without their consent.
I had a coworker (lady) who I happened to meet coincidentally out after she had a few drinks. She came right up to me and rubbed my crotch with her cupped hand. I didnt know what to do. I think I just acted as though it didnt happen. On Monday she certainly didnt seem to remember it.

What rules were put in place by the management?
And were they enforced?

What is it that you think should happen to correct this? Should men be allowed to grope women or should women be punished when they grope men?
For the record, I think it should be the latter. I've never just grabbed a guy. I know how to fucking act right.

Common sense and observation should suffice.
Apparently that doesn' t work with some people.
Keep your mitts to yourself should be universally understood and adhered to.

Yeah, I don't think women should get handsy, either.
On one of the rare occasions where I actually commented on a celebrity social media post, it had to do with this sort of double standard. I use Instagram to follow funny accounts that post memes and some actors, like the MCU actors who also post funny shit. One of them posted some workout video and in the first comment, a woman said something absurdly perverted like wanting his baby juice. It turned out, there were dozens of comments you would find utterly disgusting if it were a girl's account with men commenting. I mean, feminists would have been losing their fucking shit, but no one batted an eye. I made some comment about how gross it was, but nobody gave a shit. Fucking nasty, bored, Harlequin-romance-reading hos.

You’d think so, wouldn’t you? The sad thing is I suspect that for a lot of people, even many self-identified feminists, morality is ultimately going to go down to self-serving standards, regardless of what they claim to believe. And odds are, at least a few are going to see a push for equality as an excuse to take the same horrible shit they’ve been subjected to and repeat it, this time with them on top. And then they’ll fuck it up for everybody.
To quote Orlando Figes in A People’s Tragedy:
Quote: The peasants and the workers were used to seeing power based on social domination and coercion rather than on the exercise of law. They saw the revolution mainly as a chance to gain autonomy and turn the tables on their former masters rather than as a chance to reconstruct the power system on universal legal principles. Retribution, not a constitution: that was the people's first priority.
And that’s why we can’t have nice things like equality or even a reasonable expectation for people with power to comport themselves with basic human decency.

That seems quite like the case, I'm afraid. For my part, I have no interest in dominating anyone. I just want to be able to be judged for who I am, not my gender. I'd like to go back in time and not be taken advantage of in so many situations. I'd like to protect future women and young men from feeling like they can't say no.

Its creepy indeed. Never groped a woman. Yet, on a side note, at least here in men laden work I groped some men saying "this sweet package shall be mine." The standard comeback is "you shouldn't ruined yours!".
Strangers its different. Ofc. And its not playing the game it grosses out women. And I have been groped by women saying I need to put more meat on me bum. I tell them to grab on the other side, that's were all the meat went.
Still never groped a woman.
