Yes. Once he's out of office (by failing to get re-elected, conviction in the Senate, or finishing a second term), he can be tried for any crimes committed while in office.
The only difference is that if he is removed via the impeachment process, he can't be pardoned for any criminal acts attached to the impeachment charges.

Michigan steel mill closure announced two days after Trump told Michigan crowd 'steel is back'

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Trump: "I never understood wind, I know windmills very much, I've studied them more than anybody... tremendous fumes, gases are spewing into the atmosphere, you know we have a world, the world is tiny compared to the universe.."

Last week news broke that Trump changed the rules to let pork processors include more pig crap, genitals and hair in your food and, insanely, no one seems to care.

At work.
Just listened to the vid clip.
I get that he started by trying to parody the "Climate change" issue...... but he just digressed into some incoherant, stream of consciousness rambling.
Dafaq? Is he always like that? What does he do in group meetings and such?
Hopefully there are recordings of him being more coherant?
I'm even more glad now that he's not my top monkey in charge of my country's circus.
Cheers.

Trump says he loves the military but
Disrespects POW's
Disrespects old star families
Damages the militaries reputation by pardoning war criminals
Stole money from the military to build his wall
Fucked up Syria
Won't go to a remembrance day ceremony because of rain
Ran away when it was his time to go off and fight

Why does Trump want to put American lives in danger?
Quote:Trump admin shuts down pollution-tracking map
TOXMAP, an interactive map hosted by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) and accessible to the public, allowed users to track pollution-producing factories and other environmental concerns such as superfund cleanup sites.
However, on Dec. 16, all links to the application on the NLM's website were deprecated, following an announcement from the agency in September notifying users that the site would be "retired."
Claudia Persico, an assistant professor at American University specializing in public administration and environmental policy, told Popular Science that the site's deprecation was a blow to researchers.
"I think it's really sad that they're getting rid of this," she said. "It was stunning to me that the National Library of Medicine is actually retiring this pretty essential tool for our environmental right-to-know."

Taxpayers have now spent the equivalent of 296 years of the $400,000 presidential salary that Trump often boasts that he is not taking on promotional appearances at his golf courses.
