RE: I have given up smoking 6 months ago , but ...
Yes , i will try that too .

Thanks

Blush

I used to smoke a lot of weed before .
During those days i have never even touched even 1 cigarette

I started smoking cigarettes in 2014 to 2019 , because weed could sometimes make people a bit paranoid

It was the gum that helped me stop the "smoking" habits

I think i miss weed a bit

I used to sit behind last.fm and listened to new music and smoke weed during night times .

Those habits changed completely after my marriage in 2013

We've had it drilled into us that quitting smoking is HAAAARD! - that's part of the brainwashing. I was a 30 a day smoker. Nicotine withdrawals are mild - that's the important thing to bear in mind - where as knowing you've smoked your last cigarette and are FREE from the dreadful slavery of smoking feels joyous and fantabulously wonderful! - especially during those first few weeks! - so on balance you feel bloody great, despite the mild physiological twitch of nicotine withdrawals. I'm not going into this further now - read/listen to the book and rid your mind of the smoking addiction enigma. Also please suspend your incredulity rather than calling me a liar until, at least, you have done so. There is a reason Allen Carr is fucking famous - because, for many, Easy Way is, quite literally, a lifesaver.

I didn't call you a liar. I called you delusional. I'm genuinely glad that you found some copy that jived with you and tricked you into believing that you felt no ill effects. It lacks empathy to pretend that there are no ill effects from the cessation of smoking and if you read the OP...

You did read the OP right?

This person is struggling with a very well-worn experience so for you to come in here with your magic feathers and snake oil...

It really is missing the point.

Sorry for missing the guitar question. I don't know. I just played by ear mostly. I have used tabs a couple times. There are complete lessons available but I have no experience with them. Smile

No problems ,

Learning these musical notations alone can be a bit hard .

I think only a good tutor can teach you that , lol

I used to drink tea at least 4 times a day
Otherwise i would have drink tea instead of chewing a sugar free nicotine gums .

Like someone said , everyone deals with it differently

Thanks for all the responses in my thread

You can still drink tea, just sweeten with a substitute. Stevia isn't too bad but that taste really bums some people out.
I use sucralose (Splenda) and have never been able to detect a difference between that and cane sugar, except that you can't over-sweeten with Splenda.

I look at cigarette prices today and I smile. A pack now costs what a carton did then, or more. I smoked 2-3 packs a day.

I think everybody's history and experience in quitting the baccy is unique Shell B, point well illustrated.

I struggled daily for literally a decade - the battle to quit was my "main thing" even for many years. Then came Easy Way.

Ah, Bah! I nearly wrote in that post that I'd seen 1917 already. Also, war is bad, as my probation officer mentioned the other day, so maybe a request for recommendations of entertainment of that nature was...er...something.
