Isn't the current complaint that we have drifted too far towards the extreme end of a political ideology that not only allows but encourages this sort of thing? The extreme ends of your own ideology can only contain nice things?
If the nuances of an ideology could be contained within a slogan or a one liner in a cartoon then we wouldn't really have any room for debates like this Rev. That's all that I was implying. In any propoganda piece there's going to be some heated rhetoric. Again, that doesn't mean that there isn't a grievance to be addressed. I think we may have had a minor mis-communication episode. My response was to Mehmet criticizing the notion that by dismissing any one liner or cartoon he could dismiss the ideology or grievance behind it.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Who is going to do that?
You?
Right. Because only people like Mehmet are capable of doing such things...people like me and Lilly are incapable of getting people to come together as one.
Care to assume anything else Mehmet? Since your making shit up, might as well get bolder in your statements.

EVERYONE.. ANARCHO-SYNDICALISM IS NOT PERFECT
So please stop wasting my time posting that suggestion in every response to me.

Thats cool. Im being easy going. Its just a picture. Sure, its message is quite clear to me, and to many others, but it is only a picture.

Where did you get this stat from? I'm not saying you're wrong - I'm just curious if it's really true and on what level is the poverty. Poverty in the states isn't anything like poverty in India.
Sorry for late reply, only just seen it. I got it from a NYtimes column on my flight home, it was a slagging of that prick Paulsen who basically said he pays more than his fair share and society owes him type thing etc.
Also, it's a bit off to compare USA to India, one has the biggest economy were equality should be easy and poverty should not exist, the other has an out of control population problem and hordes of corrupt politicians everywhere. India is improving(although obviously has massive problems), America appears to be going backwards with equality and education.
I was slightly wrong with my recollection, this is the article.

Communists are authoritarian. Syndicalists are not.
Communists believe in a powerful state government. Syndicalists want to abolish the state and government altogether.
Syndicalism is basically a "co-op", a cooperative.
Communism forces everyone to comply. Cooperatives hold out their arms to anyone willing to join, and do not force people to stay in the co-op. Communists build definite borders to create a state. Cooperatives acknowledge the idea of political borders, yet frown on them, prefering that humanity come together willingly as a team, not cut-throat competition against their neighbors and fellow syndicalists.
I will admit I kept the definitions simple for the sake of an expeditious posting.

What are you going to do without the government?
If you want to get off urban environments, generate your own electricity, purify your own water, and be your own police and army, be my guest.
Go and live as such.

And the minute your syndicate incorporates people into the equation it will collapse in a bickering, backstabbing, selfserving, grandstanding pile of pettiness.

Same as I do right now.
And why the hell would I need to leave a city to do what I like?
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
