A man propped his dead wife on the sofa, stuck sunglasses on her face and had their children open Christmas presents in front of her body, prosecutors said Monday.

Wallace, now 39, “did what he always did, expecting (Preston) to survive like she always did,” Senior Deputy District Attorney Heather Brown told the court, according to The Register.

But that didn’t happen.
The next day, he dragged her body from the bedroom to the living room, arranged her body and told the children, “Mommy ruined Christmas, she got drunk and ruined Christmas,” according to The Register.

A school resource officer pulled the girl out of class and she confessed she bought five stun guns online with the intention of selling them to other kids, Tampa police said.

The minor said she sold three of the stun guns Thursday, cops said.

When police spoke to the girl Friday, she had a pair of Vipertek stun guns, which are sold on Amazon starting at $9.99. It’s unknown how much she charged the students for the devices.

This might not seem to benign, but here's the thing: remember legendarily gritty crime drama The Wire? This exact plot was actually a running plotline in Season Four, but even then, it's shit like candy.




So, let this sink in: The dark and gritty realism of The Wire has officially been out-grimdarked by reality. Not content with candy, this girl (who is actually younger than Randy was canonically) is now basically running stun guns. Fucking Hell.

Insulting Cops Could Become A Crime

The bill would make it a Class B misdemeanor if someone “accosts, insults, taunts, or challenges a law enforcement officer with offensive or derisive words, or by gestures or other physical contact, that would have a direct tendency to provoke a violent response from the perspective of a reasonable and prudent person.”

A Class B Misdemeanor in Kentucky can get you up to 90 days in the nick. 

Even if it eventually becomes law, I doubt very much it'll survive as a single court challenge.

Woman Feels Discriminated Against By KFC

Vanessa Hensley visited a branch in Exeter at the weekend with her partner Aaron Saini in the hope of picking up the vegetarian burger or veggie ricebox for dinner, having experienced no issues ordering in the past.

But Vanessa, a pescatarian, says she was left unable to eat anything at all when staff behind the counter told Aaron that there were no meat-free options available at that location, Devon Live reports.

I think we can all empathize with what this poor woman went through. I mean, who among us hasn't gone into a candy shop and been told that they won't sell us a length of 22mm copper tubing? Just last week, I myself went to the local carpet outlet and the bastards told me they didn't have any telescopes for sale.

This is a stupid objection. I may not like PETA but their whole goal is the Ethical treatment of ALL animals, not just the ones they "use". This is as dumb as telling a group of abolitionists protesting the sugar industry's use of slave labor they're dumb because they don't eat sugar(and many of them didn't ) so they shouldn't protest the ethics of it.
