Gun sales don't increase because of the way democrats vote. That is fucking bullshit. Gun sales increase because of GOP scaring the shit out of their base.

I can see how you'd have to maintain the lie, given that you went into business, explicitly, to profit from it. Rock and a hard place.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I don' t put any crimp on .450 BM. I have checked OAL on unfired rounds in the magazine - and none have moved. Heavier loaded rounds exhibit no problem.

I never get a good answer as to how many firerarms on our streets would be enough? 1 billion? 10 billion? 50 billion?

Both sides agree that we "should keep firearms out of the wrong hands". But again, if our laws worked the way the right claims, we would not have the amount of firearm violence we do. Name me any other country of our western allies that comes close to our level of firearm violence.

Tell you what, I will shut up when our level of firearm violence is reduced to the same levels as say Australia or Japan. Neither of those countries are dictatorships.

You have NEVER said how you would " prevent them from handing out guns like candy". Never.

And you won' t now.

You' re too busy bleating your same old tired rhetoric.

I'm not talking about the bullets being loose enough to shift in the case. i'm talking about once the powder is ignited and the powder starts to burn and build up pressure from the exhaust gass the projectile is released say at 500psi rather than 1500 psi 1000, being needed for a complete burn 1500 needed for a clean burn. a crimp would ensure the projectile stays in place for a clean burn.

either way still sounds like a premature discharge of the projectile. some powders need more pressure than others to burn. which seems to be confirmed by the use of a heavier projectile not have the same problem. maybe the heavy doesn't need the crimp because it's mass keeps it in place longer. also i would not dismiss the other things i mention without checking and ruling them out. I've personally had the same brand and mix but different batch number fire dirty with everything else remaining the same.

asked and answered already. short answer is guns are tools. and in this country we are allowed free access to said tools. now depending on an individual's familiarity with said tools and the different jobs those tools are needed to complete, some citizens may need more tools than others. I personally recommend 3 as there is no one jack of all trades/one size fits all. 1 for conceal carry. shot gun for home defense. and a carbine/assault rifle for the zombies/hunting. plus 1000 rounds for each gun. times every man woman legally allowed to have one. say 275 million people qualify makes just over 800 million minimum for this current generation, plus those who's skill set require more.

The actual number would be somewhat, though not drastically, lower.

The US has about 328 million people, 74 million of whom are minors who can’t own firearms. This brings us down to 254 million. Say (an admittedly arbitrary) 20% of those are not allowed firearms for various reasons - criminal records, mental instability, whatever. This brings us down to 204 million. Take away the 2 million or so currently incarcerated and rounding down, we get 200 million people at three guns each.

So, at 600 million guns, you can close up shop.
