Both handguns and long guns are used to commit acts of violence. If the right wants to rightfully claim "just keep them out of the wrong hands", with the amount of firerarm violence America has, logic would say our current system sucks, because it is not keeping them out of the wrong hands.

I even fear getting shot by an anti masker in public where I live. I've been yelled at for backing away, not even saying anything, by someone who took offense to the fact I simply walked away from them because they were not wearing a mask. I'd hate to run into a disturbed gun nut who also was anti mask.

America averages almost 100 firearm deaths, of all kinds per day. No other western wealthy nation allies comes close to that. So in that context, I think it is a distraction to talk about size or type. In that context I don't give a shit. The issue isn't banning all firearms, the real focus should be public safety and not making it so easy to buy them.

America needs to put public safety over the profits of one industry.

And yet each time you vote ( D ) gun sales increase. That' s a fact not an opinion.

So apparently you REALLY want increased sales.

You have lots of stock in S&W?

Huh

i have S&W in stock Hehe

What you should be stocking, is the latest future proof pistol from a manufacturer like rossi - and very little else. Everyone who wants something else already has something else.

Cheap and loaded with features that matter to an underexploited and unsaturated market.

Gun sales don't increase because of the way democrats vote. That is fucking bullshit. Gun sales increase because of GOP scaring the shit out of their base.

Right wing nutjobs don't believe that the government can do anything - perhaps that's why they fail to notice that it's fearmongering, rather than voting, which causes the effect?

The right doesn't have to stump on baseless fears of a leftwing dystopia instead of garbage like fiscal responsibility, that shit's optional.

Call it what you want, but that does not change the volume of firearm violence we have.

you guys understand that most gun deaths numbers are over inflated right? when people talk about gun death they have the idea of murder in mind.. when in fact only about 6300 died from hand guns last year, and another 3700 from 'other firearm murders.'  the numbers you see 40k+ include self inflicted (which accounts for 2/3rd of gun death) or suicide by gun (which this number will not change if you take away guns as these people are determined to end their lives one way or another.) and the other big number is people being shot by police. follow up by accidental shootings. which means you have about 10,000 gun murders and from what i understand the vast majority of that number is gang related.

Your covid misinformation is running over you gun misinformation. Gun deaths are not over-reported. People who die from self inflicted wounds by gun...still died by a gun.

You might want to pull back on the suicide, followed by murder by cops bit, though, if you want to hold onto your right wing nutjob card. They'll boycott your store and cancel you if they hear that shit. Then you'll never move all that 22lr you horded. You've only got three years or so to sell cheap plastic pistols to dems until you realize that you're the mark, not the con.

Chop chop!

When reloading .450 Bushmaster with Hornady 250g FTX bullets and H110 @ 35g (2g under suggested min) by volume I experienced several squibs.

The majority of the powder simply failed to burn.

What causes this?

insufficient powder charge, old powder/moisture in or the wrong power for the application. if all of that is good then it is a good indicator that the projectile is leaving the casing before enough pressure builds up inside to ignite the rest of the powder charge. (this is likely the case as you have unburned powder and a light charge)  think like a piston with bad rings/blow by. let's say it takes 150psi to ignite you air fuel mix in a given engine but on one cyclinder you have 110 psi. while the cylinder may fire the fuel will not completely burn because combustion chamber pressure is not high enough and this could cause a loss of power or a flat out miss. which will result in fuel fouled plug.. Your squib is a fuel fouled plug as your bullet need to have pressure build up enough, to ignite the whole charge.

the inspect the neck of the casing to make sure they will take a crimp and inspect your equipment to ensure it is making proper crimp.

The $1,000 is in reference to a hypothetical case of the total for one AR-15 and four magazines together.  Unfortunately for you, you said that it would be $800-1,200 for a single rifle and $800 for a magazine (see below).  That's not at all the same thing.  So you are wrong as usual and trying to retcon the numbers.  You're pathetic.

Are you too stupid to see I admitted to that mistake? what about the other guy who i used that info to correct? why not bust his balls for out right fake news lying about the whole seizure of ar-15s that biden has allegedly purposed, rather than the tax i had mentioned with the wrong totals?

Again everything i said was right even the totals the only thing i got wrong was how those numbers were being assessed and billed. to which i admitted and corrected. yet everything what's his face said was 100% wrong. why not correct him?

actually i do have several rossi products. i have semi 22 pump 22 and the lever action 22. i had a .22 pistol but that went fast. would buy more if i could get it. Taurus is another brazilian made fire arm that is inexpensive but well made, that is selling like wild fire.

Wrong again - Biden has not proposed the seizure of AR-15s.

Please quote the parts of what he said that you think were wrong. I don't know what you are referring to here. I think you misunderstood what was actually sarcasm.

Nothing that you said initially was right. How in the world do you get to the conclusion that everything you said was right when everything you said was in fact wrong?

And now you're asserting that the average gun owner would be assessed for 5 items. That's nowhere in evidence.

Yup, cheap shit that welfare queens like you can buy with their obamabux.  Ever was it thus. That's the entire field of the gun problem in the us, amusingly. Mass produced pistols that the middleman in a hateful mlm offloads onto even poorer people than himself lower down the chain of grift, who then offload those firearms onto criminals who don't have a pot to piss in, and thus nothing to lose. Takes seven years on average for a garbage gun to go from dominating the legal market to dominating federal trace data. They couldn't do it without your help.
