Does the charge usually specify that's it's a little girl when someone is charged with indecent exposure? The claim made by Grand Nudger and others was that there was no trans woman there is the first place and that it was all a hoax to make trans people look bad. With charges layed down, that is clearly not the case.

Women and girls no longer have safe spaces and if society has deemed that that is for the best, then so be it. The world will go on. If parents don't want to risk their kids being around naked sex offenders, then they need to stop taking them to the spa or other places where the same thing could happen. It's as simple as that at this point. They have lost the argument and should accept that this is just the way things are going to be from now on.

I said parents should make their own decision, but yeah, there are hundreds of millions of pedophiles and sex offenders around, like the sex offender in the Wi Spa case. That doesn't necessarily mean that every parent should just live their life in fear though, of course. Did women and children ever really need safe spaces? Maybe not. Maybe the idea of a safe space was an overly precautious unnecessary thing in the first place. Maybe unisex everything is better. Who knows? It could be.

The society we live in has trained people to think nudity is bad and a huge deal and all of that, so don't be surprised when like half the population or more gets a little bent out of shape over things becoming intersex overnight. It's going to take some time for people to get used to these major changes.

To my knowledge is neither a Pedophile and his worst crime is essentially nudity. Oh, how scary. Hell, their no evidence he even did it in front of children. As for sex offenses that are still illegal and has nothing to do with letting trans women (who were not even sure this was ) using Women's facilities.Which they have every right to do regardless of whether sex offenders exist or not.

We have been over this topic before. You seem to think that trans women are trolling spas for children. In other words - they are targeting children...what would you call that? Have you a different word for it?

The bottom line is 

Trans Women are Women and should be allowed to use Women's facilities. The fact unsavory people might take advantage of that is irrelevant (considering women can molest girls too) So this story is irrelevant.

That's fine. Trans women can use women's facilities now. That is the law and people need to get used to it. I posted the LA times article because I was accused of pushing a hoax by your side, and it was claimed that no trans person was even in the spa. Turns out you were the ones pushing the fake news, and that's why I brought this thread back up.
