Maybe if they're dumb enough to admit they're not really trans. But you do have a get out of jail free card if you're not idiotic enough to confess. Any lawyer would just tell you to say you're trans and you've been in the closet this whole time, or that when you confessed to not being trans you were just too afraid to come out at that time because of the culture you were raised in, etc, etc.

What I want to know is how likely it is that this is going to happen. Frankly, something like this is very much theoretical. I know this because I've heard loads of stories of alleged transgender assaults in women's spaces, and the remarkable thing is that I can remember exactly two cases where the perp actually claimed that they had gender issues that meant they should belong there. It's also worth nothing that in both cases, the perps had a history of child molestation. You'd think this would be a bigger red flag than a nontraditional gender identity.

Frankly, the more I look at it, it looks like the idea of becoming trans just to invade women's spaces is just an overly complicated method of getting away with sexual assault, what with it requiring a lot of time and medical intervention and having a huge social stigma (one that's getting better, but still bad enough that giving them basic human rights is a controversial hot-button issue) attached to it. And even if you do pull it off without trouble, assault (sexual or otherwise) is still illegal, so it's not like they're going to exploit a loophole by claiming to be transitioning.

You know what's simpler for someone looking to invade women's spaces and raping them? Just going in there, doing what you want to do, and hoping you stay one of the grey men in this infographic:

Admittedly, the exact numbers for each statistic (I've found versions of this very poster with different numbers) are controversial, but what isn't for those who actually study sexual assault: the grey guys who never get caught are always going to outnumber the blue ones who end up on the cops' radar.

And if you manage to survey the women you know, I can guaran-goddam-tee that you'll find more women who've been assaulted in the way I described above than people who've had a transwoman (or a guy claiming to be one) do anything to them.

To be honest with you, I have not put a whole lot of thought into the trans in locker rooms and saunas issue. The bathroom thing was obvious from the start to me. Let them use whatever washroom they want. Would I, a grown man, go and get naked in front of women or children? No. Therefore my position was that maybe it's going a little too far to push this on women and girls so suddenly. It's not about morality for me. Like I said in another post, if society eventually becomes nudist, then so be it. That's not necessarily something I would push for, but I would not call that society immoral either.

I am open to changing my position on this, but right now, the US is in for a rough ride trying to transition to intersex locker rooms. It's not going to be a smooth transition. Are trans people really going to be safer using the women's locker rooms? I'm not sure about that. It's the law now though, and I suppose eventually people are going to just have to learn to accept it.

Then stop going on about it.

That position is both inconsistent and irrational.

It isn't too far to treat Trans women like women. Regardless of what bigots say.

Letting trans women use women's spaces has nothing to do with nudism

It's not intersex as CIS men aren't legally allowed in.

It will be safer.

Which was kind of stupid because the only ones doing the vandalising during the protests last summer were the far-right pro Dumbfuck thugs. And they'd be looking to kick in shops with BLM signs just like their predecessors kicked in shops with Stars of David affixed.

Indecent exposure charges filed against trans woman over LA spa incident. Turns out this wasn't all a hoax after all like I was told on here, and the trans woman has been on the sex offender registry since 2006 for indecent exposure in 2002 and 2003.

Where does it say it was a little girl? Your original conniption was over trans women messing with children at spas. This article is about indecent exposure charges. Doesn't seem to say it was aimed at any little girls.

Does the charge usually specify that's it's a little girl when someone is charged with indecent exposure? The claim made by Grand Nudger and others was that there was no trans woman there is the first place and that it was all a hoax to make trans people look bad. With charges layed down, that is clearly not the case.

Women and girls no longer have safe spaces and if society has deemed that that is for the best, then so be it. The world will go on. If parents don't want to risk their kids being around naked sex offenders, then they need to stop taking them to the spa or other places where the same thing could happen. It's as simple as that at this point. They have lost the argument and should accept that this is just the way things are going to be from now on.

So, along with your other endearing qualities you are also transphobic. Got it.

https://nypost.com/2021/09/02/charges-fi...-incident/

In addition to Merager’s new felony charges of indecent exposure, she is also facing six felony counts of indecent exposure over a separate locker room incident in December 2018. Los Angeles County prosecutors accuse Merager of indecent exposure to women and children in a changing area at a swimming pool in West Hollywood Park.
