There’s no way he’ll pull off the 5th. If Trump was hiding in a room full of assassins and all he had to do in order to survive was shut the fuck up for five minutes until they left, he’d be full of holes in under 30 seconds.

Pleading the 5th just means that you aren't saying anything yourself with regard to a legal proceeding. It won't stop the process.

This is a civil case. The judge and jury are free to take an adverse inference from refusal to testify.
