Propensity for sickle-cell anemia is related to the spread of malaria in the past, not to color of ones skin. Brown people HAPPEN to live in areas where malaria was and is widespread.

As noted above, red states are improving across the board while blue states decline; but fair enough, they don't vote - they merely represent the results of those who do.

Democrats being the party of the educated is a new phenomenon; until a study by Pew in 2017, previous polls of colleges showed about half Republican and a third Democrat.

Changing demographics have only recently made Democrats "more educated" than Republicans - that said, they are educated in universities that have nearly abolished the tenured professor system and instead relies on student teachers, adjuncts, and AI to grade papers - and when they were conservative-dominant America was a world leader in academic standards.

On top of this they graduate from public schools that have held flat-scores for nearly 50 years or worse yet declined in academic performance.

We can call that "educated" but I think we can both admit it that ain't holding the prestige what use to be.

Just out of curosity, do they still make yall do Punnett squares in school? It's a really good way to demonstrate how these traits are passed down through populations, though certainly just a crash course understanding of the science.

Melanin production can be measured through an identified 169 functionally diverse genes; some of the most recently discovered being KLF6 and COMMD3 after a multi-year study by Dr. Vivek Bajpai of Oklahoma University and assisted by Stanford Uni. - KLF6 confirming melanin production in various other animals and COMMD3 having the power to regulate the acidity of melanin.

This is incredibly useful for researchers and doctors; understanding the processes of melanin can directly help us treat various skin diseases and cancers; skin cancer and breast cancer  (COMMD3) breakthroughs being two of the most obvious, as well as treatment for non-severe conditions such as vitiligo. 

KLF6's confirmation in other species - as well as other recently identified markers of melanin production - is also showing potential in reducing the damage that is caused by melanin-infected fungi and bacteria; higher rates of melanin in these corelate with increased rates of pathogenic contamination within crop yields and in humans by giving us the potential to identify these genes and limit their production with these microbes.

You also used a lot of words to avoid answering my question about DNA. Here it is again: Can we determine someone behing "black" or " white" with a DNA test. It's a simple yes or no question
