Because OFC - Trumps claim to have given troops a bonus is nonsense. He plans to raid their housing allowances to pay for it.

Pretty sure Congress named the Kennedy Center and they're the only ones who can legally change the name.

When I lived in SC there was a period of time when EVERYDAMN thing seemed to be renamed for Strom Thurmond. Another POS in our government. Trump is playing by his handbook.
