God didn't give us those commands, Jesus did and he is the one that lived by them. And we should live by them because they keep us from doing wrong. God does what he wills whatever that means, right.

So Jesus was not god? Fair enough, I agree.
(that's 50% of the way to atheism for a christian, I reckon.)
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I suppose people can change. It would be hard to be such a cunt forever. Maybe god learned something about goodness and morality from the little monkeys down below. Only took a few billion years.
"God did live by those commands, except those times he didnt"
Can't blame you for the attempt at wordplay though. After all, that's all god is. But since we're at it, I get to have fun with my analogies. I'm getting the impression that whatever god did or does in heaven is to be seperated from what you believe his "life" to have been as Jesus. Bit like Vegas aint it? Rob a liquor store, kill a hooker, no worries, what happens in Vegas.....

What God carried out was justice, i don't think criminals are ever happy about having to go jail.
Jesus said the same things God said, you will be judged for what you do. Jesus had a purpose, and because of it and what it does for us, Jesus becomes our everything.

I have to ask you, what does every one of your posts have to do with the OP, which was about Christians walking out during criticism of the bible?
