No thanks. I just play X3 whenever I feel like doing the immersive space sim thing.
It doesn't feel like a 2nd job.

I'll probably come back and Plex when they offer a free week.

Well, consider that you can be an effective pilot within about a week of training. Contrary to what a lot of people seem to think, frigates are good ships in PVP. EVE is a game of options, so while many other players have a leg up on you, so to speak, with respect to their training, that doesn't preclude your ability to train up to a level that is equivalent to them in a particular role.

I've heard frigs are good tacklers
But solo pvp bc is where its at
But I hate nullsec pvp cuz it's all gate camping and warp bubbles
No way a frigate can take on an entire Corp camping a gate.
What do you recommend for solo pvp?
I had a drake fitted for pvp l, heavy assault missiles think and nosferatu
But idk I want to be like my friend he had a amarr bc and could take on 4 people no problem -.-

For solo PVP, low-sec roaming is the best bet. Personally, I run a Thorax (Gallente cruiser) blaster boat when solo roaming. When doing fleet ops in low- and null-sec, I'm aiming to fly a Talos (big shiny guns on a glass cannon BC).
Your best bet is to get into a decent corp (the one I'm in right now is really good) and do solo or small-gang PVP with them. Often times they'll foot the bill so you can explode more.

Hovik some things i didn't like
1. I'd go to recruitment Chanel and corps would ask if I was a spy
2. One corp said they are in nullsec, came all the way with a jump cruiser to pick up my raven then in nullsec they shot me on sight and kept my ship.
Lotta bs and scams in the game
Also I hated how me and my Corp would wait hours to get our fleet together. Spend the night going gate to fate searching for pvp, then 3am everyone logs off in random places. Login next day, I get blown up
The rifter was my favorite pvp frig. Think I will train for hurricane i hear that things a monster

1. Don't use recruitment. Use the Corporation Finder and apply directly or contact them directly.
2. Always take everything in EVE with a grain of salt. Trust is precious and tenuous in New Eden. Trust no one.
I've been playing the game for a reasonable amount of time now, and I've yet to come across a legit scam. Just exercise a healthy amount of skepticism, and you'll be fine.
In my current corp, our fleet ops are far more refined than that. After our ops are done, our FCs ensure that we all make it back to hi-sec before leaving.
The Hurricane is a monster. The Tech II version of the Rifter, the Wolf, is also a beast.

The cane is probably the most cost effective BC for small skirmishes. Training it also leads to Maelstrom..a wtf bbqpwnage fleet sniper.
(and if you invest in rf and dg gear, and incredibly fast SOE point grinder. Sisters gear=plex. How much isk you got Hovik? I'll show you a legit scam..lol.....)
