I insist on evidence to believe because I won't believe without evidence.
I cannot know for sure whether there can possibly be evidence for God or not. But I certaintly won't believe without any and I certainly will if any was ever produced and I knew about it. EvF

I think if you actually took the time to consider what evidence would be acceptable you'd hit a logical brick wall that would prove to you that the requirement of evidence is actually ludicrous.
So list me some evidence.
It's entirely irrelevant.
If evidence is impossible, that doesn't mean that I'm going to believe without it. I'm not going to believe without evidence, because that's to believe without support. I don't know if evidence for God is possible or not, but I don't need to know, that's irrelevant. Because it is simply that I won't believe unless there's evidence - I don't have to know if there can be or not for that. I'd never be able to know that for sure anyway, I'm agnostic on all matters. You make such a big deal of it you would think it only reasonable you actually considered the logic of it. Otherwise how can you assert it if it's so shallow.. lacking in any reasonable support. It's a completely nonsense view without support.

Evidence isn't irrelevant. It's relevant to believing. I will believe when there's evidence for God. Evidence isn't shallow, it's extremely important.
