Please, every third post by Minimalist fits that bill. You guys just have a double standard. You can do that if you like - it's your board and I'll abide by the rules. Is that how it goes - atheists get awards for personal attacks on theists, but theists aren't allowed to attack others?

Strange, I don't believe I've seen you report one of Minimalist's posts for personal attacks. If we don't get a report, we don't generally do anything. Besides, as others have mentioned, most of Min's stuff is simply rude and insulting; it does not directly attack the person. Usually, he attacks specific beliefs or religion in general.

Seriously though, if you see anyone making a personal attack, report it. The staff is comprised of more than just atheists; we make sure our decisions are as fair as can be.

Again, it doesn't bother me, but I can't help but see that as a personal attack. Easiest way to see them is to search his posts for keyword "drippy." Examples:

Now, perhaps these are all against the rules, but since no one complained, nothing was done (might be interesting though to see how many mods gave him kudos for such). Still, you can see how, reading this stuff every day, I would conclude that such is within the rules.

Unless it was picked back up, we got into this in the AMA thread and you let it go. Face it, "tea, cake and manners" are considered womanly things because people who don't have dicks or a Y chromosome tend to be more interested in them than people with dicks. You can't define feminine/masculine and avoid circularity without ultimately referencing body parts.

You're right to an extent... but the body parts (and behaviors!) related to femininity and masculinity aren't those which are covered by clothing or invisible: they are muscularity, softness, diminutiveness/largeness, hand/foot/head size, shapeliness (hourglass figure for instance), timidness/assertiveness, agression/pacifism.
