That's their claim, but until a court upholds it, it's just the "claimants" position.....if this shit didn't need to be explained to you you'd make fewer missteps in this sort of discussion. A more accurate description of their position would be "we feel that it -should be- unlawful"...but in arguments over legality, this is pretty much assumed....and in an article about an argument -over- legality, strict adherence to the terms takes a backseat to getting out a narrative - connecting with the reader.

Yes Mystic, you've been missing out and we've been getting -all- the sex...and the lions share of the good discussions at the same time..hehehehe. My wife and I often have discussions about morality, fr example, in the sack. What we've determined, is that she's a bad girl..and I'm a sick, sick man. Gotta say, those discussions soundly blow our little morality discussions out of the water.

That's the spirit. Then you can run as fast as you can from this place. I rarely say more than a few words lately, but work is slow after holiday weekends and the sex machine went home. One word of warning though Mystic, as you wade through our shenanigans.
