Arabs were nothing before Islam
It is Islam which motivated Muslims for knowledge and science

by the way most and many of the Muslim scientists were not Arabs (Spanish, Russian, Persians, Egyptians, etc.)

Well, I can't say I know much about the people at that time, but... arabs were someone before islam!
