The End Game of Atheism

See my post # 12, please.

Being as critical of your own posts as you are of the posts of others is the road to discussion forum success. There's wheat and chaff in any discussion thread, no matter where you go. Focusing on the chaff and lumping the wheat posters in with them isn't very productive unless you're trolling.

I was partially trolling, which was part of my secondary goal. So let's move on to the next question >8-)

You didn't read what I typed, did you? I specifically stated that you can claim a theological lineage back to the apostles, but your church cannot.

Say what you want and believe it fervently, but please know that you are wrong.

Your beliefs also suggest that Adam was the first human and you claim a lineage to him. Know who you are and believe it all you want, but you are wrong.

You get what you bring. We've had theists come and have quite different experiences. It's almost like it has more to do with what you post than what label you attach to yourself.

I'm sure if I wanted to get insults, childish ranting, and a complete disregard for logic from a Christian forum it would be easy enough to do if I over-generalized about them persistently enough. You reap what you sow.

Ministers and Bible college professors in our Church have traced our lineage all the back to the Apostles. I am not wrong.

I am sure that is the consensus here, whether it is true or not. But the numbers are stacked against me, and the popular vote always wins.

To conclude this thread, I came here for stimulating conversation. Instead, my questions were met with anything but rationality. Usually in a rational discussion both sides concede that they don't know everything, but apparently here at atheistforums.org I have come across a den of demi-gods that know all things. Therefore, the spin machines were in full use as I made foolish statements that were immediately destroyed, and the Atheists made foolish statements that were heralded as golden gems of wisdom. I hope that the extreme hypocrisy demonstrated here will open up your eyes to just how fallible you all are.

You're not expected to reply to every post. You'd do well to focus on the most substantive ones. No one here has claimed to know everything, it's just another of your many strawmen. Foolish statements exist to be destroyed. You do that by showing why they are foolish, not by complaining about them.

I gave you good advice in your introduction thread. I was really hoping you'd at least try to follow it.

Gee, you don't think they had an agenda, do you?

You're right, they are all dishonest. I can't believe I ever believed them. Why don't you tell me the truth?

Oh, poor, poor, you. You SO wish we really wanted to kill theists, that's how much you love that tingly victimhood feeling.

ERC

ROFLOL

For those who most likely will not understand the reference, ERC is a term I created in my novel. Early Risen Christians, who believe they can trace their lineage back to Jesus' time.
