Would you employ this designer?

Needs 13.72 billion years to prepare for a 200,000 year project.
Lets the project run for 198,000 years before getting to the point.
Charged with the design of both hardware and software creates a hardware design that's prone to massive failure, at risk of termination through day to day activities and places the main entertainment complex right next to waste disposal.
Meanwhile the software design contains 95% residual junk from the 4 billion years since the software project started.

Has a massive 'god complex'.
When projects would benefit from a little face time, he's unavailable.
His managing style is a lawsuit just waiting to happen.

I dunno I thought we'd get more than this...
Few more for ya:
Attempted to create night and day without the sun in place.
Let his son take the blame for his own mistakes and had him killed because of it.
Nearly destroyed the whole project when he left the taps on.
Took to communicating with his team through stone tablets in out of the way locations.
Launched biological weapons against his enemies.
Insisted no-one had the right to call him by name making all further communication difficult.

Uses emotional blackmail/coersion as a tactic to gain new customers.
Subcontracts his work out to pedophiles.
Took no action when Mohammed and Joseph Smith infringed on his intellectual property rights.
Abused his authority by shagging one of the village trollops. (She was willing, but that's besides the point.)

I would love to know where he tendered for this and what the agreed fees were.
Doesn't hold meetings with end-users of projects despite massive/detrimental errors.
Contravened all known health and safety regulations to complete a seemingly botched job (Lawsuit pending).
Was not gas safe registered (Exploding stars, potentially massive collateral damage).
Seemingly utilized incorrect plumbing fixtures when completing project on Earth (continual flooding on dry surfaces, tens of millions of killed and counting). Does not assume responsibility for repairs, refuses to answer court summons for compensation for end-users.
Refused to sub-contract to organizations with clear history of delivering large scale capital projects. Contravened (EU) tendering process and didn't provide evidence of getting 3 written quotations from contractors for works.
