Where did the universe come from? Atheistic origin science has no answer.

Well in terms of God, believers accept that He can't be explained by laws of science, thus an always existing God doesn't go against the initial belief of God that is accepted through Faith. On the other hand since we don't know how/what/(possible even when) the bing bang happened, doesn't it also need a considerable amount of faith to believe in?? But I've always had questions of the Big Bang, not to doubt it's credibility, (too young in my learning to affirm my views on its authenticity) but can it be explained and fully explained by science? Like doesn't it goes against the first law of thermodynamics? So does the Big Bang operate outside the realm of science? Or at least science as we know it? Really not trying to troll just very curios on this stuff.

It seems easier for me to accept God than accepting an eternal "always existing" universe (and much more rewarding if I happen to be right) and how can we understand its creation through science if we can only see a tiny, tiny portion of the universe (if it is finite, the video wasn't very clear on that)

Well, the theory of the big bang didn't come out of some guy's imagination...
First, there was the observation that galaxies are moving away from each other... then, someone thought of looking at it backwards... if they're moving away from each other, then, going backwards in time, they're coming together... eventually, they're too close together...
And then quantum mechanics takes over, I'm not going into that.
But the point is... the theory doesn't presuppose what happened, it just extrapolates from our current observations.

No.

Maybe.. that's why scientists still call it a singularity... not sure what's going on there... something weird...

Quantum mechanics... those seem to operate outside the realm of science, sometimes... but then you see that the math adds up.. in a strange way.

Well, maybe one of the myriad String theories is onto something... until then, we can't know...

We don't have all the answers... yet (hopefully).
That doesn't mean we should default to "goddidit".
To me, the default is "don't know"... let the experts work on it and then we'll know if we can know....

As I am not a physicist (though if you have questions about biology and chemistry, especially in the form of drugs and medicine, I'm your gal), but there are a lot of good books, lectures and videos available. It is a hard concept to grasp, even I caught something new from the short vid I linked today. The thing is, it's so easy to believe in a god, because you don't need to get out of a comfort zone while believing. You just take the dogma for granted. Science is a terrifying thing in the sense that it isn't necessarily constant. The more data we gather, the more observations we make, the better one can get an understanding about the world around and in us. It's not something to be spoonfed to you from infancy, it's something you need to strive and study for. Understanding is wonderful, but you need to study hard in order to achieve it. And perhaps the hardest part, you have to get used to the idea of not knowing, but having a sense of where to begin if you'd like to figure it out.

It could have created it in any fashion it chose, but I would have really appreciated the inclusion of an instruction manual including the publisher's address.
