I tell you how. After establishing anarchy, a nation of great discipline and superior military and society will come and take over, bring some order into the whole ordeal.

I can tell you how it must work. First it would be necessary to establish a temporary eugenics state, to breed individualistic people who will make good anarchists. Then can the project of anarchy begin. Everyone must be armed with the beat weapons in order to defend this society. Everything will at first be based off a free-market communist system. Over time the market will be abolished in favor of cooperative economics. The first task this society must undertake is the aggressive suppression of nationalism. All other countries must be conquered & made to accept Western & anarchist values. Only once the world has been made into a anarchist confederation can the project truly be considered completed.

Optimum self-sufficiency is a desirable trait, but only with a rigid military structure ruling over it.
His army of anarchists would only be as effective as a mob of rioters instead of a real army.
Though I kinda think that he wishes to be the one to rule such a mob.
He said in a few discussions that we did that he saw himself as a leader type of some sorts.
