Depends on the "sign".

A voice in my head? No
A personal appearance to me only? No
Writing in the clouds? No

An appearance worldwide, or something testable and verifiable: Very likely.

But one thing I have to make clear: Believing is not the same as worshipping. If the Abrahamic god is real then the events of the OT are also real and NOTHING could get me to worship that moster of a deity.

I've frequently been asked, "What will you say to god when you stand before him?"

I always replay that I'll say, "You're under arrest for crimes against humanity!"

They HATE that answer.

Now you did say "inscribed" as in "etched" so I assume it wasn't simply a matter of a pigment difference in the cell walls. So I'd wonder how that was done and by whom. I'd also have to wonder why anyone would do that. If it was determined to be something beyond the reach of our own technology, I wouldn't be able to rule out the possibility that an advanced alien race was fucking with us.

Of course I couldn't rule out that it was the god of the bible fucking with us either. At that point I'd probably be pinching myself to see if I was asleep or wondering if I'd ingested something mind altering.

Maybe you're right though. I really can't think of anything that would be open and shut evidence of the bible god.
