Theists make knowledge claims all the time. They "know" this fact or that fact. But, the problem is, you don't actually "know" any such thing and cannot demonstrate that you do, in fact "know" what you claim.

We don't believe the bible is an accurate historical record. Telling us that something that happened in the bible is evidence is missing a huge step before you even get started. If you want us to believe in your biblical evidence, you first have to demonstrate that the bible is, well... true.
