I kind of identify with Artur how feeling you can eliminate all religions but one. It felt like that for me with regards to Islam. And still feels like if there is a true religion, it's Islam. But I'm realizing more and more, this is due to my subjective experience and attachment to what I am comfortable with, as opposed to objective facts.

At the end, we should all want to be sincere to the truth not out of fear of punishment, but for the sake of being honest.

Given the thinly veiled threats you were making against atheists in the atheist persecution thread, I get the feeling the only thing stopping you from doing exactly what you're castigating these other religions for is our secular governments.

Besides, you don't get to just look at how your religion acts now, when it's forced to behave, as representative of the character of that: you'd be better served looking at how your religion acted when it was powerful, when there was nothing to hinder it in the execution of exactly what it wanted to do.
