I hate the victim blaming mentality.
Root cause is a book that tells males that women are basically valueless property. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" 
Blaming the victim never made sense to me. I don't care if I see a woman walking down the street with absolutely nothing on. If I can't control myself, it's my fault.

I once met a prostitute (she solicited me). She said she would do anything that pleased me... for $50. If anything warranted a slap in the face, it's that statement. I have said before that the full blame is on the rapist. I don't care if I see a butt naked woman walking down the street. That said, there's a far worse Christian University. It's called Hyles-Anderson, and, dollars to donuts, if any graduate from that school did anything of note, that "anything" will include sex with an underaged girl. Look here, and that doesn't even begin to show how deep the rabbit hole goes.
