One might imagine that anything that warrants said sodomy hut also warrants at least some sort of corporeal prison sentence. I get that you don't think so, but why not? The man has clearly preformed scientific experiment on the negative of the photograph, documented every procedure he used, and found that there had to be a light at that position to strike the negative, the only conclusion is the supernatural, because lights just don't hang over peoples heads normally.

I am convinced of what the evidence actually indicates: the photo was not retouched, therefore the negative was affected by light either over the person's head or anywhere between the film and over the person's head. Whether it was a reflection or a miracle I can't tell, but I know which is the more likely bet.

The is a list in the Bible that includes things like gossipers, murderers, adulters, homosexuals, liarers etc. The reason we should go to Hell is that we are disobeying God by doing his things.
I am not in charge of law and justice, but from a Biblical perspective "all have sinned and fallen short of he glory of God."
