Christians. Could you be wrong?
RE: Christians. Could you be wrong?
We have all done things to deserve to go to Hell. Mainly everyone is not in jail as it would be impossible for humans to do this. The judgement of these sins is in God's hands.
The list is not one I made up it is a list in the Bible, I have just forgotteb where.

Can we get an amen, brothers and sisters!

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Please stop repeating yourself as though this is a response to my questions (and again, I;ve never done anything to deserve hell, kindly go fuck yourself..lol -and I mean that in the nicest possible way). I've heard that line before, long before you ever uttered it, I understand, I get that people believe this.

It would be really hard? That doesn;t seem like a very good reason not to do something, or at least try. It's "really hard" to manage our justice system anyway, but we still give it a try. Suppose we could do it, suppose (as hard as it may be) we rose up to that bar - should we throw them, and you, in jail? That's the question I've been asking you. We can find lists all over the place, but wherever you found yours doesn't concern me, it's enough that you accept it. So....
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I say, Amen.

So... what?

If we rose up to that bar every single person in the world would be in jail.

You and I are seated at opposite ends of a table. From your seat, you make the above statement. From my seat, I say "We have done no wrong deserving of torture."

Now that we've each made our assertions without anything other than opinion being the impetus for each, I have only one question left to ask...

Can we stop this bickering now and call the waiter over so we can order some food and share a meal together?

It's come to mean in common parlance someone who foretells the future, but to the Hebrews a prophet was a man regarded as an inspired teacher or proclaimer of the will of God.

Dark Matter is what the cause for the observed gravitational effects is called. Causeless effects seem to be limited to the quantum level of reality within our universe, so it's reasonable to infer that the cause for the effect exists.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

So..an answer to any of the questions proposed. Why aren;t you walking yourself to jail, do you deserve to be in jail, and why are you looking to shirk the hell that you are certain you deserve?

Quote:If we rose up to that bar every single person in the world would be in jail.
-and? If everyone deserves to be in jail........then everyone should be in jail, don't you think? Is there some crime that, when it;s committed by a bunch of people, we say "Okay, we're only going to prosecute the first 5 people we collar, the rest are clear"?

Then god would be justified in sending everyone to hell. Why are you trying to take advantage of a loophole? Wouldn't you be spending eternity in heaven wracked with endless guilt?
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."
