Might wanna make your own intro thread, makes it easier for other folks to see it and say hi.
In every country and every age, the priest had been hostile to Liberty.

Greetings and welcome from another Kentucky skeptic. I live in Danville.
You're allowed to swear, by the way. Let it all out.
Welcome Zach!
I read the whole story and I find it awesome that a home-schooled/christian-schooled person can come to have doubts and discard the whole brainwashing. Find yourself a pretty atheist girl and have kids (plural) You've got good brain genes! And another atheist girl in Kentucky should also have good brain genes, so it'll be a great match! Now, for more pressing matters, your dad... The typical advice is to withhold such news until you're independent (financially). Although, considering the precedent from your brother's side, you may be fine... In the meantime, enjoy the forum! For ezekiel, welcome aboard. You should have made your own thread, but heck... enjoy and stick around!
Welcome aboard from Mt. Sterling.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

I haven't done an official count or anything......but Kentucky seems to be -very- well represented on these boards.

Anyone heard from Boone or Crockett? Are they theists?
Regardless, welcome to our newest Kentuckian. |
