Christians: Please explain the Exodus
|
But what if someone both believed that you were, and held it to be true?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
I suspect that if you imagined that 'god' told you that you were a dog you'd lick your own balls.
I am perfectly fine with someone believing that I am a dog, no biggy

The insinuation is that if you are gullible enough to buy biblical mythology, there's nothing to make you question the idea of being sold a bridge or similar landmark from anyone who tells you they own it. Frankly, you're the only one insulting you at this point. I refuse to believe you're this naïve.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Minimalist, the situation has suprisingly never came up but until it does I am not sure how I would address the situation.
I love insulting myself its great craic. Are you perfectly fine with that too?

Yea if you want to treat me that way I won't be to annoyed but I would prefer if you didn't and just refered to me as Carm as it is part of my name.
In the unlikely event anyone here will look at the physical evidence of the Israelites in Saudi Arabia (yes, that is where the burnt mountain that Moses climbed and the Rock that split to pour water out ) here is an interview with Jim and Penny Caldwell showing their journey there with pics.
Interesting that the Saudi govt. had the area fenced off and a security shack constructed. For what? Why are they guarding a bunch of rocks? Couldn't be that, in typical Muslim hatred of the Jews, they want nothing to exist to verify the ancient Jewish presence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIGPEEAj...Q&index=93 Then there is Ron Wyatt who found chariot wheels where they should have been found in the Red sea, But of course, he is called a charlatan even by some Christians, after all "Science" so called is always right. http://www.arkdiscovery.com/red_sea_crossing.htm |
