You say killing a foetus is murder. Those verses show the OT does not consider killing a foetus to be murder.
Kill a fetus if the mother has committed adultery: yes. So either god comands killing bastards or killing a fetus isn't killing a person.
Kill a fetus by hitting a women? Pay a fine. Injure the woman? Eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Clearly the fetus is not a person. For people it's eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Except slaves---but the OT is pro slavery.

No. Is it you or god that thinks a fetus is a person? Because the Bible does not treat fetuses as persons.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
