I don't know the details of the other reports but Wilson's report said that Brown ran away, then Wilson shouted something like 'stop or i'll shoot' then Brown turned around and looked like he was reaching for his waistband and then charged him.
Can you imagine the intentions of someone who charges a person in full knowledge that they are pointing a gun at them? I can, it goes something like 'KILL'!
