It still is he knew he was going to die he walked into it. So like ill say again someone one wants to kill you and you have all this information and regardless of asking for help and or getting protection you still don't and end up dead because you needlessly ignored the obvious threats its the same as suicide.

Its not suicide no matter how you want to frame it. He didn't kill himself, end of discussion.

1) Jesus knew he was going to die
2) He had the power to prevent that from happening
3) He did not prevent that from happening
4) Which means he allowed himself to be killed
5) Which is what suicide by cop means

Suicide = Killing yourself. Jesus did not kill himself.
Suicide by cop = Acting in a threatening way to intentionally provoke a lethal response from law enforcement. Jesus did not act in a threatening way to incite a lethal response from the law enforcement.

Allowing yourself to be killed, is not suicide by cop.
