Yeah, that would be really cool. It could be a mash up of all these threads we had, like where do you come from, who are you and what do you do etc., etc.
Here's a list of 100 "get to know you" questions we could use as a jumping off point. Someone could narrow this list down to the 10-15 questions they think are most interesting, or find a different "get to know you" question list. This is literally the first one that came up when I googled "get to know you questions" :p

Yeah, the lisp is from bad teeth, and the limp from a bone disease which took up quarters in my right hip a couple of years ago.

My vote for fifteen: 3, 5, 7, 10, 20, 27, 29, 33, 43, 58, 65, 67, 70, 86, and 87 ... but there are so many good choices!
