I just watched a great TED video and came upon a related realization. The worst racist act perpetrated by cops is not the occasional shooting or beating, it is the everyday avoidance of "black on black" crime in poor neighborhoods.

Since all black on black crime is directly and indirectly caused by white devils, why should there be any police response to the perpetra unvictims ?

I'm not so convinced that the problem is black v white but rather black v blue.  Far too many black cops brutalize their own.
