I don't think you understand how media works today. Pundits are entertainers, Sean is no journalist, he is an entertainer. Just like "pro wrestling" was never real, but canned acting, and now calls itself "World Wrestling Entertainment". He is the ringmaster, and the techs and writers are his puppet master. David isn't going on there to win any arguments, you don't go on a show like that to win in a short 5 minute segment, you go on for exposure. David isn't doing that to make a name for himself, and I have also seen him on Fox and seen him hold his own.

It doesn't really matter WHY you did it or what you were trying to accomplish. The net effect was to silence me. Just like shouting down someone on Fox (which was why I made the comparison).
I do appreciate your honest admission of what y'all did (or attempted to do).
Thanks.

Randy, if you hadn't noticed, just about everyone has been having a civil discussion with Catholic_Lady about our problems with Catholicism in her thread, because she doesn't resort to veiled insults and dishonest "i know what you're really thinking, here have my strawman of atheism" bullshit.
Ever consider for a moment that you're really not the easiest person to tolerate?

For some reason this just popped into my head:
Major Burns: Disgusting! Why is it whenever I come in here, it's disgusting?
Hawkeye: I think that says it all, Frank.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

How were you prevented from posting?
If you weren't, then you weren't being silenced. You just didn't have a captive thread giving you the serious attention you might have wanted. But "they wouldn't pay attention to me!" isn't the same thing as "they prevented me from speaking!"
Is it ever a struggle, keeping that cross together when reality keeps showing how insubstantial it is?

Randy, you already said earlier that the thread in question didn't go off topic until like the 450th post, which was so far into the thread that it actually surprises me. As I said earlier (as you seemed to miss my post entirely) most threads on this forum go off on a tangent and it happened so far into yours it was hardly an intentional derailment.
You also look very stupid and hypocritical right now considering you have done exactly the same thing you are complaining about on this here thread, which was created by myself. I don't care tbh, because like I said earlier this is normal and expected, but I bring this up to say that if you're going to complain at least practice what you preach.
Now please sit.

Bullshit. We're you prevented from posting? We're people prevented from replying to you?
