Could have been handled differently. Give the newcomers a crash course on harrassment. Hell, I had to sit through one when I went to uni in the US.

No, generic lust is not in the ten commandments. There is a commandment about not coveting one's neighbor's wife, but that does not cover lusting after an unmarried woman. Probably most of the girls at the school are not someone's wife.

When it isn't consintual it is rape. Rape is usually do to things like power, control, humiliation, etc. Sex is the tool, not the end game.
And of course when it's not "consensual" it's rape, but that has nothing to do with lust.

All the things you listed are negative, wrong, bad, and counterproductive to humanity in unity with nature.

That is the main point. Germany already offered the refugees a life line when Appearently the said refugees didn't want to hang out with those of their countrymen who can't control themselves. Germans needn't change their way of life just to help these refugees control themselves. This is Germany, not Syria. If syrian refugees can't control themselves in Germany, then they go back to their own country and mix with others of their countrymen who also can't control themselves. Not for infringement of native rights. First comment was simply from original post. I didn't know the exact situation.

Not necessarily in the way the ten commandments means though. The ten commandments should be interpreted in application of everything.
